ClearDrain PVC is a revolutionary Schedule 40 PVC piping system designed for HVAC/R condensate drainage. Engineered with zinc to combat the persistent challenges of bacteria and algae buildup, resulting in white slime growth and clogged HVAC/R condensate drains, ClearDrain PVC minimizes the risk of water leaks, maintenance issues, and downtime.

ClearDrain PVC’s polymer surface is electrostatically repulsive, offers low surface energy, and protects against bacteria, viruses, molds, biofilm, and other microorganisms with its hydrophobic properties.
- EFFECTIVE PROTECTION: Tested independently to ISO-22196:2011 Standard, zinc-infused ClearDrain PVC is up to 1,000 times more effective at preventing blockages caused by white slime than a standard SCH40 PVC pipe.
- ECOFRIENDLY: No chemicals and biocide-free, ClearDrain PVC can reduce the growth of white slime by up to 98% or higher and reduce the growth of slime-blocking bacteria by up to 99.9% compared to SCH40 PVC pipe.
- BUILT TO LAST: ClearDrain PVC is UV-resistant and long-lasting—it doesn’t lose its effectiveness over time, meaning longer blockage protection.
- EASE OF USE: ClearDrain PVC is easily installed following standard PVC pipe installation practices. It also conforms to ASTM D1785 (Pipe) & D2466 (Fitting) standards.
