Metacaulk 1200 Spray Grade White 5 gal
Metacaulk 1200 Spray Grade White 5 gal is a single-component, water-based, fire-rated sealant designed for both construction joints & fire-rated penetrations. Cures to elastomeric membrane seal for dynamic movement areas; tested & approved for penetrations, including metallic services. Helps prevent spread of flames, smoke, hot gases, & water through joint & penetration openings.

- FIRE RATED: Rated for tested systems under ASTM E1966/UL 2079 and ASTM E814/UL 1479 fire-resistance standards.
- DYNAMIC SEAL: Cures to an elastomeric membrane seal suitable where dynamic movement, vibration, or joint movement is expected.
- MOLD PROTECTED: Protected against mold growth in both wet and dry stages with a combination of biocides.
- NO MIXING: Requires no dilution or mixing and can be caulked, brushed, troweled, or spray-applied depending on grade.
- Sprayable, brushable trowelable caulkable & pourable- mastic grade for efficient installation on long joint runs, self-leveling for horizontal use when fast installation is needed & caulk grade for easy-to-apply non-sag sealant using caulk gun/trowel
