Metacaulk 150+ is a general fire rated sealant for construction joints & through penetrations. Prevents spread of flames/smoke/hot gases/water. All systems rated for up to 4 hours as per ASTM E814 (UL1479) & ASTM E1966 (UL 2079) test standards
Features
- Flexible set and Excellent freeze-thaw. Cures to an elastomeric seal suitable where dynamic movement is expected
- For interior use & paintable. Safe & easy to use for most applications; No dilution/mixing is required. Easy to apply & retrofit. Can be applied with conventional caulking gun, bulk loading gun, troweled from pail, or pumped directly from pail
- STC rating 51
- Minimum 3-year shelf life
- Use in interior applications as general fire-rated sealant/smoke seal for construction joints on vertical/horizontal surfaces. Can be used on EMT, telephone & power cable penetrations in concrete floors/walls, gypsum walls & wood floors.
