Metacaulk Firestop Wrap Strip

Metacaulk Wrap Strip is a highly intumescent firestop material strip mainly for plastic & insulated pipe applications. When exposed to fire, it expands & forms a very hard char to seal the penetration stopping the passage of flames & hot gases.

Applications
Wrap required number of strips continuously around penetrant to fill annular space, or as system design requires. Push strips into opening to required depth. If cold smoke seal is needed, apply recommended sealant in opening over the strips.
