Consists of a 2"x 4' knitted fiberglass cloth coated in water-activated polyurethane resin, works on hot/cold water pipes & withstands pressure up to 450 psi when used with EP 200 Epoxy Putty. Heat resistant up to 572°F. Works underwater after cured.
