CSWI Industrials Employee Spotlight

Help us congratulate our very own Regional Sales Manager David Cyrus for receiving the CSWI Industrials Employee Spotlight David is the Regional Sales Manager for the state of Florida and lower Alabama covering the HVAC and plumbing markets I’ve been part of RectorSeal for a year and a half and the scope of my position encompasses many different areas. I’m a strategist, analyzer, coach, and teacher. I enjoy problem solving and each new day brings about new challenges. I’m constantly tasked with making sense of situations and finding solutions that not only help our customers but RectorSeal as well. For me, my favorite part about my job is strategizing. Whether it’s a new product rollout or revitalizing an existing item, I’m always trying new and different ways to be successful and effective in the market. During my time away from work, you can find me spending quality time with my family. I'm the loving husband to Rebecca and proud father of Isabelle, Elizabeth, and our dog Darcy. I also enjoy sporting clays, golf, and woodworking. My favorite CSWI core value is teamwork. Every day I’m surrounded by individuals who strive only for excellence. Whether I need help from the customer service team, guidance from my management team, or advice from my colleagues, I have all the resources I need to be successful.
